Compared with other large-screen terminal displays, LED displays mainly have the following characteristics

1, high brightness: the brightness of the outdoor LED display is greater than 8000mcd/m2, which is the only large-scale display terminal that can be used outdoors all day long; the brightness of the indoor LED display is greater than 2000md/m2.

A: The total area ÷ the module length÷ module height = the number of modules used

For example: 10 square PH16 outdoor monochrome LED display using the number of modules is equal to:

10 square meters ÷ 0.256 meters÷ 0.128 meters = 305.17678 ≈ 305

More precise calculation method: length uses the number of modules× height uses the number of modules = total number of modules used

LED electronic display software settings

A: 1, graphics card driver installation

Insert the graphics card driver CD into the optical drive to automatically enter the device state, please follow the prompts; 

Install DirectX8.1 first and then install the driver; Finally the appliance control panel. 

2. Play software

Device large screen dedicated playback and setting software LED studio, or other control software; 

Insert the application CD included with the screen into the CD drive and copy or install all the orders to your computer.

Mosaic, dead point phenomenon

Mosaic refers to the small square block that appears on the display screen that is always bright or black, which is the phenomenon of module necrosis, the main reason is that the quality of the connector used in the display is not good.

The dead spot refers to a single point that appears on the display screen that is always bright or black, and the number of dead spots is mainly determined by the quality of the die.

Troubleshooting, the unit board is not lit

1.Several consecutive plates are not lit horizontally, check whether the cable connection between the normal unit board and the abnormal unit board is connected; or whether the chip 245 is normal.

2. Several consecutive plates are not lit in the vertical direction, check whether the power supply of this column is normal.

How to prevent the effects of static electricity on the product

1) Training of personnel using electrostatic sensitive circuits on electrostatic knowledge and related technologies.

2) Establish an anti-static work area, use anti-static floor, anti-static workbench, anti-static grounding leads and anti-static electrical appliances in the area, and control the relative humidity of the removal at more than 40%.
